Cyber Security Vulnerability Policy

Mobile Appliance (the “Company”) complies with the UK’s Product Security and Telecommunications Infrastructure (PSTI) Act.

Users may report vulnerabilities through the Company’s support portal (http://www.mobileappliance.co.kr/en/cyber_security). Upon receipt of a vulnerability report, the Company will keep you informed of the status of the report and its subsequent disposition on a step by step basis.

The Company will announce end-of-life and discontinued products on its webpage (http://www.mobileappliance.co.kr/en/cyber_security) and provide security updates until the product is discontinued.

For certain models, we may extend support for security updates under certain circumstances and may provide necessary security updates even at the end of product’s life if a critical security vulnerability is discovered.

This compliance statement, including the support periods set forth herein, applies only to products sold in UK.
It is our goal to provide our customers with the best and most secure products, such as connected products and other services. While we continuously strive to build secure products and services and improve the quality of our information security, some vulnerabilities may still exist.
